Client Service & Operations Associate – Path to Junior Advisor

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service & Operations Associate to support our growing team. This role will begin with an emphasis on administrative and operational support but will evolve into a Junior Advisor position for the right candidate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in financial planning and wealth management.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Client Support:
- Assist with new client onboarding, including opening accounts and preparing required paperwork.
- Manage client communications, ensuring timely responses and a high level of service.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings using Webex and other communication tools.
- Maintain client records in Redtail CRM, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Operations & Compliance:
- Process account transfers, money movements, and other operational tasks.
- Monitor and reconcile account transactions using Orion Risk and MoneyGuide.
- Support compliance efforts by ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards.
- Work closely with LPL Financial for operational tasks, account maintenance, and compliance inquiries.
Path to Junior Advisor:
- Participate in financial planning meetings and assist in portfolio reviews.
- Learn financial planning software and develop analytical skills for client recommendations.
- Work toward obtaining relevant industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66, or CFP® designation).
- Gradually take on client-facing responsibilities, with mentorship from senior advisors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 1-3 years of experience in financial services, client service, or operations.
- Interest in pursuing a career as a financial advisor.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Redtail CRM, Orion Risk, MoneyGuide, and other financial technology is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
